2. Data we process
Identity and contact: name, email, phone. Delivery and billing: address, invoice details. Orders: items, amounts, payment plan, history. Account: membership details, address book, favourites. Security: IP address, device and browser summary, logs. Data collected by cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.
Card details are not entered on our site and are not stored by us; payment is taken on the payment provider's secure page.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Taking orders, collecting payment, delivery, invoicing, returns and withdrawals: performance of a contract, legal obligations and where the law expressly provides (KVKK Art. 5/2).
Account management and customer support: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
Information security, fraud prevention and legal claims: legitimate interest and establishment, exercise or defence of a right.
Commercial electronic messages and cookie-based measurement or advertising: only with your separate, optional explicit consent; declining does not affect your ability to order.
4. Recipients
Where necessary and limited to the purpose: carriers, payment and banking providers, e-invoice and accounting providers, IT and hosting providers, authorised public bodies. Transfers abroad, if any, follow KVKK Art. 9 and will be stated here.
5. How data is collected
Through our website, account and order forms, email, phone and messaging channels, automatically or non-automatically.
6. Retention
Data is kept for the time required by the purpose and by tax, commercial and consumer law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. A retention schedule will be added after legal confirmation.
Analytics cookie records are deleted after 12 months.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the recipients at home or abroad, request correction, request deletion or destruction under the law's conditions, request notice of these actions to recipients, object to an adverse result arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
You may submit your request in writing to the address above or to the e-mail address [email protected]. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
